If you like the sausage on a cheap pizza, then you'll like it...the no longer use the original recipe sausage, and I was so not impressed, that I'll never go there again...Quonset used to be one of my favorite places...so sad

Not sure the cost ,but it is by the weight

Contact the Shipping Pount in Gurnee, they handle the whole process for you From getting the pizza and getting it to you...it isnt cheap

I dont believe they use a different sausage, I think it's a pork and beef blend. The ideal temperature is 425 . Maybe this will be a help while cooking it
